The board has set the 2012 date for a long running Secret Woods holiday tradition.
Minutes of Secret Woods Homeowners Association
Meeting Date: October 9, 2012
Board Members Present: David Theus, Ross Thompson, Rob Hagen, Mark Wnuk, Jamie Montgomery, and Dan Flynn. Byron DeLong, Gary Bassett, and Mr. Ward were present.
Order of Business: Quorum certified and meeting called to order. Minutes from September were approved. Financials read and approved. Purchase of additional pools keys occurred, however, the amount approved ($75) did not cover the entire purchase. A motion was approved for an additional $10 and the total purchase not to exceed $85.
Old Business: Pool maintenance is scheduled for the first of the year but an exact date is pending. Fence repair will be discussed next month as the full costs and extents of repairs have not been determined.
Luminaries: The board decided to have the neighborhood luminary display on 12/22/12. Mark Wnuk will coordinate the delivery of supplies.
New Business: Campaign signs are not allowed per the covenants and restrictions. A notice has been placed on the bulletin board at the mailbox. Discussion took place about an unapproved structure that was erected at 3117 Chapelwood Lane. A letter was mailed to the homeowner concerning the infraction.
Miscellaneous: A trailer is parked in a driveway on Bent Creek Lane and needs a violation letter sent.With all matters discussed and no further business at hand, the meeting was adjourned.The next meeting will be November 13, 2012.
