Neighborhood’s main entrance gets a makeover
You may have noticed our main entrance sign looks better than new, despite being more than a quarter century old. That is thanks to Barry Pierce who painted and refurbished it, which also saved the neighborhood thousands of dollars on having a new entrance sign commissioned. Once the back entrance sign is delivered to Barry, he has offered to restore it as well. Thanks Barry!

How to PROPERLY set out your garbage
Many of us have been putting our garbage cans too close together for the new collection trucks. As a result, the driver has to get out and re-position the cans before the arm can pick up a can and dump it. This brief video shows how it’s done. When setting out your garbage be sure to set the cans at least three feet part. The handle should always be facing you as opposed to the street. For more information on garbage pick up click here.
