Several families had items stolen from their vehicles within the past week.  Secret Woods board president David Theus reports the burglars struck overnight, taking items from cars that were unlocked and parked in driveways. (more…)

Congratulations to the McDonald family on Bent Creek Lane. They are the May Yard of the Month winners.

At least six residents of Secret Woods, possibly more, completed the 15K Gate River Run on March 10.  Congratulations to everyone who took part as a participant, volunteer or was on hand to cheer on the runners and walkers. (more…)

The Secret Woods board voted to raise the annual dues at its February board meeting while at the same time looking at savings that would be realized from scaling back the number of hours the neighborhood’s pond motors run. Get all the details in this month’s board minutes.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Gary Bassett, Katherine Frazier, David Hargnett, Ross Thompson, Beth Reiney, and Rob Hagen.

A quorum was verified and the annual meeting was called to order at 7:09pm. The minutes from the April 2011 board meeting were accepted as written. Several questions were raised regarding expenditures for the past fiscal year. When satisfactory answers were given the financial statement prepared by Rob Hagen was accepted as written. (more…)
