Quorum established and meeting called to order 18:05. Minutes of December 2011 Board meetingSubmitted by Katherine Frasier approved as written. December financial statement presented by Robdiscussed and approved.
Faced with the inevitability of a dues increase, the board will be making final determination on that atthe February meeting, so notices can be sent out by March 1st.
The main pond now has a new fountain, thanks to Jamie’s efforts. A maintenance plan for the fountainshas been established with our lake management contractor.
Rob to contact the contractor in hopes that the mailbox renovation can commence this month.One of the tennis court screens is down, Gary is researching options for getting it replaced.
There are no outstanding covenant violations. A request had been submitted to the architectural review committee for construction of a fence betweenlots 75 and 76. Ross and David will review this and respond to the homeowner.Annual renewal of our incorporation filing with the state is due. Gary to submit.
Bill was present to demonstrate the new Secret Woods website, and it’s content management capabilities. Bill has obviously put a lot of effort into this, all are encouraged to check it out. (greatjob!)
