Board proposes ‘Day of Quiet’ on Sundays, mails out annual dues

The Secret Woods board is proposing an amendment to the neighborhood covenants that frowns on homeowners doing any outdoor work on Sundays that involves mechanical devices that emit noise. The proposed amendment would also prohibit “offensive activities” which “may become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood.” Continue reading →
