At the March board meeting the board reminded everyone that the first step to resolving a minor issue is usually just talking to your neighbor as opposed to quickly elevating something to the board level.

The neighborhood ponds are now being maintained by Lake and Wetland Management, which replaced the Lake Doctors.
Classic Marcite will be refurbishing the Secret Woods pool and is expected to finish by the time warmer temperatures arrive.

The new Secret Woods basketball court is back in action with a new backboard. It’s now ready for all those neighborhood all-stars that want to polish up their free throws. Thanks to the board for quickly researching and approving the repair. Details are available in the July minutes.
