130-foot cell tower planned next to Secret Woods
T-Mobile wants to erect a 130-foot cell phone tower at 7357
Goodnow Road. The tower would be visible from many
Secret Woods properties, including the neighborhood pool.
A petition drive has been launched to try to block the
tower. At the annual meeting it was urged that each Secret
Woods homeowner contact City Councilwoman Suzanne Jenkins and
voice their objection. Jenkins' phone number is 630-1394.
Her e-mail address is SuzanneJ@coj.net.

Be on the lookout for vandals
A neighbor reports several cars left parked outside have been vandalized within
the last week at night. The vandal, or vandals, pried off nameplates from
cars and SUVs. In one case the vehicle's paint was also pretty scratched
up as the vandal tried to get the vehicle's nameplate loose.

Should sheds be allowed in Secret Woods?
A resident recently requested permission to put in a new back yard shed.
The board denied the request based on our neighborhood
covenants.
What do you think? Should Secret Woods allow back yard
sheds? To voice your opinion vote in our informal poll. To
change
the covenants 75% of all property owners would have to vote to
approve such an amendment. In other news out of the May 10 board
meeting a plan to renovate the pool was approved as well as a
resident's request to add a bonus room. To read the
