A majority of the Secret Woods board has voted to hire a lawyer to write an amendment that if passed would forbid homeowners from renting out their properties. The idea of installing speed humps in Secret Woods to slow down drivers who are speeding through the neighborhood appears to be gaining some traction, based on the minutes from the November board meeting.  (more…)

The Secret Woods board discussed the possibility of installing speed humps to slow down traffic at its September meeting. Concerns have been raised that some drivers speed through the neighborhood, endangering children and others.
