Our neighbor, Linda Kinnealy, passed unexpectedly on November 4, 2024.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 14, from 5-7 at George Hewell Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd South. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, November 15, at 2:30 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. (more…)

Mr. Bong C. Kim

We are saddened to share that our neighbor and friend Mr. Bong Kim has passed.

Great timing! Just as we got the worst of the debris out of the Secret Woods Drive pond after Hurricane Helene, the installation crew arrived to put in the new fountain. A big thanks goes to the board for keeping on our pond maintenance company to get this fixed. (more…)

Our neighbor Clyde Hammond Montgomery, Jr. has passed away at age 83. Secret Woods neighbor Erin Gordon has shared a few of her warm memories about living next to the man who was a well known Jacksonville journalist at channels 4 and 12 for part of his career. She says his professional life also included time in the Marines and at JEA. Erin shares that one of his favorite stories was interviewing the Beatles (video included in post). (more…)

The pool deck has a temporary patch near the 6′ marker on the pool house side. This should make it safe for use through the end of the season. The Board will be discussing options to repair the entire pool edge at the September meeting.
