Dozens Of Families Still Haven’t Returned Their Amendment Ballots
Secret Woods homeowners face an important decision that has the potential to impact property values and how property’s can be rented or monetized.
The board is urging homeowners that haven’t done so to return their property amendment ballots. If you’re voting “yes,” the vote must be notarized. If you’re voting “no,” return the ballot to a board member or place it in the neighborhood box at the mail center.

Board Votes To Hire Lawyer To Pursue Amendment That Would Block Neighborhood Rentals
A majority of the Secret Woods board has voted to hire a lawyer to write an amendment that if passed would forbid homeowners from renting out their properties.
