  • Old Business:
    • Pond 1 Update:  Met with Cory Silver (Solitude) on 10/24 regarding options for the pond –  Vertex 3hp Fountain $11,216.88 without lights, $13, 648.17 w/o lights,

Vertex 2hp Fountain $9,200 without lights. 

Bubblers were also discussed; they impact the center of the pond most and a generator is needed on shore.  A cabinet needs to be built around it; it will create a hum 24/7.  Cost of $3,000-$4,000, plus the cabinet.

  • Speed Limit Signs: Repairs will be re-addressed.
    • Contracts: Skip
    • Luminaria: Need to allocate funds. 
    • New Amendment: Discussion of lawyer’s proposed language.
