Call to order at 6:00 PM. by David Theus, Dan was on his way.
Financials
Expenditures for buying new pool umbrellas and some hardware were to come from pool maintenance budget.
CD’s are purchased for five linear years and need to be rolled over(one every year) or used by the association as needed at that particular circumstance.
Old business
Dan wants to defer the publishing of the Sept meeting minutes until January. David made motion to delay the minute publication until Jan. ,seconded by Jamie,passed by the board.
Dan is still working with Paradise Pools to get a new bid for replacing underwater pool light.
Training forms for FI state certification collected from board members
Mark Lemmones was not present to report on landscaping work party-winter froloc-spring frolic-
Luminaries – Mark Wnuk is hosting the Christmas luminaries put together party on DEC. 2nd at 6:00 PM.Sat the 21 st will be the luminary display day, Sunday the 22nd will be the alternate.
Gravel being dumped in a residents side yard was discussed by board. Resident will be asked to fix the resulting drainage problem.
Chili-Cook-Off is tenatively schduled for Jan/Feb of 2014
New Business
Home decoration judging to be planned for the night of the luminaries.
Anyone who would like to judge the decorations please meet at Mark Wnuks home the 2nd of Dec at 6:00pm
Pool outside lights fixed by Dan and Rob …
Dan wants to test the DROP BOX capability for other Board members in read only to help board members to gain information to help them make decisions on projects in the future.
