Voice your opinion on the proposed covenant changes
A draft of proposed changes to the Secret Woods Homeowners covenants is
now available for review by clicking
here. A majority of homeowners in
attendance at the annual meeting voted in favor of drafting an amendment to the
covenants that would allow sheds in the neighborhood. Once everyone has
commented and the final draft is finished it will be mailed out to all
homeowners. In order for the amendment to pass 75 percent of all
homeowners will have to vote in favor of the change.
Please take a
few minutes to read over the proposed changes and then vote in
our non-binding poll. You can also submit your own
comments by clicking
here. To read what others have written click
here.
Any suggested
changes to the proposed amendment will be discussed at the next
board meeting on July 12.
