Date: March 14, 2005 Annual Homeowners meeting will be June 20 The annual notice of dues and homeowners meeting has gone out. This year's meeting will be June 20 at 6:30 p.m. at Southpoint Baptist Church on Tiger Hole Road. If you are unable to attend be sure to fill out your voting proxy so the neighborhood will have the necessary quorum to conduct business. The annual dues this year are $275. Checks are due May 15 and overdue June 1. Checks should be made payable to: Secret Woods Homeowners Association Date: March 14, 2005 Fencing could run more than $20,000 The neighborhood board has begun the process of looking into replacing the fencing that surrounds the front of the neighborhood.
