The Secret Woods April 10, 2006 Board Meeting was called to order by Board President Sallie Wnuk at 6:32 p.m. at the Secret Woods community pool.

The following members attended: Bill Bortzfield, Wayne Williams, Pat Parrish, Linda Evans, and Sallie Wnuk . Residents Byron Delong, Kristin Bassett, Jackie Friedman and Dale Ezlie also attended.  

The board voted to spend up to $2,000 to replace lawn furniture at the pool. 

Jackie Friedman expressed an interest in the neighborhood constructing a brick grill at the pool and agreed to research what the cost would be.  Jackie also expressed a possible interest in joining the board.

Kristin Bassett agreed to research the cost of obtaining new lawn furniture.

Treasurer Pat Parrish reported about $5,000 of annual dues had been collected so far.

The board decided topics at the 2006 Homeowners Annual Meeting (May 8, 6:45 pm) would include raising the homeowners initiation fee to $500.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:40 p.m.
