LETTER RESPONSE RECEIVED; APPROVAL WAS GIVEN FOR HOMEOWNER TO PLANT AN
EVERGREEN OR OTHER PERMANTLY LEAFED SHRUB IN FRONT OF A/C; INCLUDED IN THE
RESPONSE WAS A NOTE THAT THE THIS MAY NOT BE GRANDFATHERED IN IF THERE ARE
COVENANT CHANGES.
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INSURANCE: THE PRESENT COVERAGE ENDS

SEVERAL
CARRIERS ARE BEING CONTACTED AND THE NEED FOR AN APPRAISAL IS BEING
RESEARCHED.
NEWSLETTER: THE DECEMBER NEWSLETTER WILL BE READY AND WILL BE PLACED AT THE
COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD.
LUMINARIA: THE BLOCK CAPTAINS ARE COORDINATING THE LUMINARIA FOR THIS YEAR AND
WILL BE CONTACTING THEIR GROUPS WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
COVENANTS/REVIEW/RECOMMENDATIONS: TABLED UNTIL NEXT MONTH
POOL WORK: THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN SENT AND THE WORK WILL START THE FIRST WEEK OF
JANUARY. THERE WAS NO COST INCREASE.
NEW BUSINESS:
POOL LIGHT: ONE OF THE POOL LIGHTS IS OUT. THIS WILL BE REPAIRED. THE
BALLAST
WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. SALLIE WNUK IS CONTACTING THE ELECTRICIAN ABOUT
THIS. ALSO, THE TIMER NEEDS ADJUSTING. THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.
TENNIS SCREEN: SEVERAL PARTS OF THE TENNIS SCREEN ARE FRAYED AND ARE HANGING
DOWN. THIS IS BEING REVIEWED FOR THE PROPER REPAIR.
JACKIE FRIEDMAN: JACKIE FRIEDMAN REPORTED THAT SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
CONTINUE SERVING ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. HER RESIGNATION WAS ACCEPTED AND
SHE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM: IT WAS APPROVED TO PAY GREG SUTTLES $80.00 TO COMPLETE
PAYMENT FOR THE LABOR ON THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
GIFT CERTIFICATE: A GIFT
CERTIFICATE OF $50.00 WAS APPROVED FOR KEN
PETERSON IN APPRECIATION FOR THE WORK HE HAS DONE.
